With reference to your Circular Despatch of
the 7th. September, I have the honour to transmit reports by the General Officer Commanding on the services rendered by the Hongkong
Volunteer Corps and the Hongkong Volunteer Reserve, in which special mention is made of individuals who have rendered valuable
services in connection with those forces.
